Our Founder- Sunny Saini

Medi-Line Enterprises Inc was founded in 2015 by Sunny Saini with a clear mission: to improve the standard of rehabilitation supplies for healthcare professionals across Canada. After extensive research into the market’s needs, Sunny identified key opportunities for improvement and established a company dedicated to providing high-quality, tailored solutions for physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare specialists.

Since then, Physio Supplies Canada has become a leader in the rehabilitation supply industry, serving over 3,800 clinics nationwide. Through strategic partnerships with leading German brands such as Sporlastic Orthopedics, Ofa Bamberg, and Pino, we offer an expansive portfolio of over 1000 products, making us the go-to supplier for healthcare professionals seeking quality solutions.

Product Specialist - Rachel W

Rachel is our Registered Kinesiologist who specializes in providing training sessions on Sporlastic bracing and compression stockings. With a degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, she possesses knowledge of anatomy and the specific conditions that benefit from our Sporlastic products. Rachel’s clinical experience includes direct patient care, as well as expertise in ordering and fitting orthopedic devices and medical compression garments. Her comprehensive background ensures she delivers valuable insights and practical training tailored to enhance your team’s proficiency with our products. Rachel has been a part of our team since March 2023!

Marketing Manager- Lynn R

Lynn, a graduate of Sheridan College with a degree in marketing and advertising, is the creative force behind Physio Supplies' marketing efforts. For the past two years, Lynn has managed the company's social media presence and produced engaging YouTube videos for bracing products. Lynn also oversees all marketing materials, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every project. Lynn has been with Mediline Enterprises Inc. since April 2023!

Relationship Manager- Cecelia 

Cecilia Carreiro is an Account Manager with over 13 years of accounting experience. She ensures client accounts are managed accurately and efficiently, with expertise in provincial funding programs and insurance criteria. Her duties include maintaining accounts payable and receivable, applying payments, submitting reports, following up on pending payments, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely order processing. Cecilia has been with Mediline Enterprises Inc. since November 2021.

Office Manager- Nav G 

With the 10 years of experience in Clinic management. Nav make sure that our office is running smoothly and she takes care of day to day operations Nav's meticulous attention to detail and proven track record in Clinic management ensures the seamless running of our office.

Technician/Supply chain - Karan K

Karan hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management and have been supervising warehouse operations since October 2022. My responsibilities include overseeing daily activities such as inventory control, logistics, quality assurance, and team productivity. I manage warehouse staff, ensure equipment maintenance, and coordinate logistics for product transportation. With more than 4 years of diverse experience, including 2 years as an Accountant Assistant and 2 years in shipping and warehouse management, I bring a well-rounded skill set to optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Purchasing Manager - Kishor R

With a Master's in Operations Management, I have been working since May 2023 in roles that include creating and processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring quality standards for purchased goods. My duties also involve analyzing inventory levels using advanced Excel functions, managing inventory items, and addressing delivery discrepancies. I handle inventory operations, adjustments, and transfers while supporting customer service inquiries and maintaining accurate records. With over 9 years of total experience—6 years in operations and 3 years in procurement and inventory, plus a few months as a Customer Service Specialist—I bring a comprehensive background to my role.

Packing Technician - Sahib 

Sahib hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with additional certifications in Supply Chain Management and Project Management. Over the past five years, I have gained diverse experience, including three years as an Accounting Assistant and two years as a Warehouse Worker. Since joining the team as a Warehouse Associate in February 2024, my focus has been on packaging and shipping operations. My duties include selecting and packaging products for shipment, inspecting items for damage, managing materials to optimize inventory, verifying incoming shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
