DUE TO HIGH INSURANCE FRAUD CLAIMS, ANY INSURANCE CLAIM ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE OR SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING FEE (ONLY UNUSED ITEMS)

All the Prices mentioned on the website does not include taxes and shipping fees. The methods of payment accepted are Paypal, Visa or MasterCard. Credit card payments must be authorized at the time of placing the order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellations : If there is any order cancellations before we ship the product. PHYSIO SUPPLIES CANADA INC will issue the full refund except the 5% Credit card processing fee. We use Shopify payment processing system to receive the payments and it is not possible for us to issue the full refund since Credit card merchant services do not issue us the refund once they charge us to process the payment.

Returns (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. After 7 days, there is a 25% restocking fee applied. No returns are accepted past 30 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and  return merchandise authorization (RMA) Number, which you can get it from our office via phone call or Email and that number needs to be mentioned on the Returned box . In case our warehouse team send you the wrong merchandise, we will issue you the return labels  and no restocking fee will be applied.

Non-Returnables Items

** Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Special or custom orders, pillows, braces and all support garments worn next to the skin cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We can not accept any returns from the following categories:

  • Compression Stockings
  • Support & Braces
  • Bedding Accessories, Core Pillow, Obusforme Pillow or any item from ObusForme
  • Any items marked as non refundable
  • Also we can not accept opened or used products
  • Medi Beads Heating Pads for hygiene  Issues
  • All Needle and Syringe are non returnable goods

 

Refunds or store credit (if applicable)

Refunds or store credit can only be issued after consultation with the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective, our customer service team will promptly contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Should Manufacturer agree to provide the new product, we will notify you and dispatch the new product. Regrettably, no refund or store credit will be issued in this scenario.

Customers dissatisfied with the product can opt for a refund or store credit. PHYSIO SUPPLIES CANADA INC will issue a refund after deducting a 5% credit card process fee.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund or store credit. An email will be sent to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed after deducting a Processing & Restocking fee. Payment will be issued via E-transfer or cheque from PHYSIO SUPPLIES CANADA INC. PHYSIO SUPPLIES CANADA INC do not issue refunds on credit cards at this time.


In some cases, only partial or no refunds are given, if applicable. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by us. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@medi-line.ca and send your item to: PHYSIO SUPPLIES CANADA INC, 1044 RONSA COURT, MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, L4W3Y4.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
